FASTSIGNS is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our center, helping local business owners turn visuals into finished signs. You will interact with customers in person, via email, and by phone, delivering responsive service and accurate information.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of retail or counter sales, a high school diploma, and strong listening and organizational skills. Growth opportunities and ongoing training are available in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn, and able to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Be the 'face of our FASTSIGNS Center' helping local business owners bring visual ideas to life.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the Center's success.
• Engage with customers via email, phone, and in person.
