FASTSIGNS is seeking a high-energy Inside Sales Representative to join our team. You will be the primary link between business customers, the design team, and production staff to ensure clear communication and on-time results.

You will consult with walk-in, phone, and online prospects to uncover signage needs, generate accurate quotes, close sales, and oversee order execution from initial concept to delivery, coordinating with teammates to exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or inside sales with proactive outbound calling.
• Strong listening skills to translate client needs into visual solutions.
• Tech-savvy with estimation software and CRM tools; able to use MS Office/Google apps.

Responsibilities

• Consultative selling and prospecting via walk-ins, phone, and web inquiries.
• Discuss project requirements, estimate pricing, and draft quotes.
• Coordinate with design and production to meet specs and deadlines.
