Confidence Ford of Norman is seeking motivated Sales Consultants to join our growing team. Whether you have automotive experience or come from retail, hospitality, real estate, insurance, telecommunications, or another customer-facing role, we want to hear from you.

If you enjoy helping people, building relationships, working toward goals, and proactively reaching out to customers by phone, we’ll provide the training and support to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable making daily outbound and cold calls is required for success in this role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to excellent service.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.
• Professional communication skills (in person, phone, text, and email).
• Willingness to actively prospect and generate business.
• Ability to learn and follow a structured sales process.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass background check, motor vehicle record check, and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Guide customers through the sales process, including selection, demonstrations, test drives, and paperwork.
• Present new and pre-owned vehicles in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver an outstanding experience.
• Make daily outbound and cold calls to current customers, previous customers, internet leads, and prospects.
• Actively follow up with customers via phone, text, and email to generate appointments and sales opportunities.
• Use CRM tools to track all customer interactions, follow-ups, and opportunities.
• Prospect for new business and consistently generate your own leads.
• Present pricing, deal structures, and available products clearly and professionally.
• Stay current on product knowledge, features, technology, and manufacturer programs through ongoing training.
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction scores.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery and registration.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve individual and dealership goals.
