Fowler Toyota Norman is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to guide customers through the car-buying journey, from first contact to vehicle delivery, and to demonstrate inventory with confidence.

You will stay informed on products and market trends, use CRM software to manage client information, and work with leadership to meet monthly plans and dealership targets, all while delivering excellent customer service.

Competenze

• Experience, education, bilingual and prior sales training are a PLUS but not required.

Mansioni

• Understand and implement every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)
• Present and demonstrate inventory
• Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
• Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
• Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards
• Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification
• Must be familiar with utilizing Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
