Fowler Honda Norman in Norman, OK is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our high-volume dealership. You will guide prospective buyers through the entire sales process, from inquiry to vehicle ownership, leveraging strong customer service and product knowledge to close deals.

The position is full-time and offers a training salary followed by commissions and monthly bonuses, with opportunities to grow within a team focused on customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Qualifications

Experience, education, bilingual and prior sales training are a PLUS but not required.

Responsibilities

Understand and implement every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)
Present and demonstrate inventory
Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards
Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification
Must be familiar with utilizing Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
