Job summary

HTU in Norman, OK seeks a dynamic sales professional to drive the complete sales process—from prospecting to vehicle delivery. You will present inventory, craft growth strategies, and align monthly plans with sales leadership.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to read and write clearly, and the versatility to work with CRM systems. A complementary mix of experience, education, and bilingual skills is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and MVR acceptable to insurance carrier.
• Ability to read simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Experience, education, bilingual skills, and prior sales training are a plus but not required.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement every aspect of the sales process, from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery
• Present and demonstrate inventory
• Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
• Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
• Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly units to dealership standards
• Stay up-to-date on products, market trends, and certification
• Utilize Client Relationship Management (CRM) software effectively
