Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is seeking highly motivated Retail Sales Consultants to deliver exceptional service and grow sales across our nationwide store network. You’ll use the bedMATCH diagnostic system to help customers choose the right mattress and provide a relaxed, educational shopping experience.

Roles involve evenings, weekends, and holidays with a 4–5 day work week, lifting up to 75 pounds, and loading purchases for customers. We offer training and competitive compensation with benefits.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience with strong customer service orientation.
• Availability for evenings, most holidays and weekends, 4–5 day work week (40–55 hours).
• Bilingual English/Spanish or other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses using a proven selling process and bedMATCH system.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and maintain showroom layout.
