Job summary

Johnson Brothers Liquor Company in South Bend, IN is seeking a Sales Consultant to manage an established territory, service bar and restaurant accounts, and grow the business through smart selling and thoughtful merchandising.

You will present products and pricing, maintain accurate records, perform inventory checks, and collaborate with the team to meet company objectives. A BA/BS or related experience, valid driver’s license, and local residency are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Territory Management: Ensure consistent customer contact, properly plan and execute sales initiatives, handle all customer-related issues promptly and friendly.
• Selling: Full understanding of products and pricing schedules, make effective sales presentations, achieve company objectives and grow business, identify and nurture new accounts.
• Merchandising: Use all available POS to enhance selling efforts.
• Servicing: Follow necessary steps when making sales calls, perform inventory checks and minimize order mistakes, rotate products on shelves, cold boxes, displays, etc.
• Administration: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, handle all paperwork issues promptly.
