Johnson Brothers Liquor Company is seeking a Wine and Spirits Sales Consultant for the Oahu area, focusing on the On-Premise sector (bars, restaurants, hotels, pubs). You will manage territory, build relationships, and present products to drive growth.

You will execute sales initiatives, merchandise effectively, service customers, and maintain accurate records. A BA/BS or related experience, plus a valid driver's license, are required. Local candidates preferred.

• Prior route sales experience (highly preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Johnson Brothers Liquor Company is seeking to add a Wine and Spirits Sales Consultant for the Oahu area. Focus will be in the On-Premise (bar, restaurant, hotel, pub, banquet facility, country/social club) sector.

Territory Management:

• Ensure consistent customer contact
• Properly plan and execute sales initiatives
• Handle all customer related issues in a prompt and friendly manner

Selling:

• Full understanding of products and pricing schedules
• Make effective sales presentations
• Achieve assigned company objectives and successfully grow business
• Identify and nurture new accounts

Merchandising:

• Use all available POS to enhance selling efforts

Servicing:

• Follow necessary steps when making sales calls
• Perform reliable inventory checks and communicate properly to minimize order mistakes
• Properly rotate products on shelves, cold boxes, displays, etc.

Administration:

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Handle all paperwork issues in a proper and timely manner

Position Qualifications:

Earning potential $60,000-$75,000+ annually, based on recent sales performance data from our current team. It isnottypical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Actual placement within range will be contingent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity, union status (where applicable) and alignment with market data.
