What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing the sales process from initial conversation through to placement.
• Becoming a market specialist within the US legal market.
• Building relationships with senior candidates and clients across the US East Coast.
• Developing new business and learning how to originate high-value executive search mandates.
• Working closely with experienced consultants and directors on live mandates.
