Job summary

Mara Talent in Manhattan is seeking ambitious recruiters to join our international STEM-focused team. You’ll run your own recruitment desk, spanning sales and recruitment, building relationships with businesses and sourcing top-calibre talent to close deals end-to-end.

What you'll actually be doing:

This isn't sitting behind a desk sending CVs all day.

You'll be running your own recruitment desk and working across sales + recruitment, building relationships with businesses, winning new clients, sourcing high‑calibre talent and managing deals from start to finish.

One minute you're speaking with a senior decision‑maker at a growing company.
