Job summary

Johnson Brothers Liquor Company in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Sales Consultant in Training to service accounts, stock shelves and build displays. You will follow up after deliveries and help maintain in-store presentation across the Mansfield/Midlothian territory.

Develop relationships with customers, communicate changes to Sales Representatives, and work toward sales objectives with a can-do attitude. Local candidates preferred; prior liquor-industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travels around assigned territory to service accounts.
• Check quantities of goods on display, cold box placements, in stock and service the accounts.
• Fills shelves from displays and back stock to minimize out-of-stock items.
• Develops and maintains relationships with customers.
• Communicates with Sales Representatives about changes in buyer preferences and shelf space.
• Builds trust with retailers and upholds Johnson Brothers values.
• Performs other work-related tasks and special projects as assigned.

This position is responsible for stocking shelves, coolers and building displays. In addition, this position will follow up after the deliveries are made by our drivers and service shelves from the liquor department storage areas.
