Audi of Lubbock, Texas, part of the Cavender Auto Family, is seeking a talented Sales Consultant to join our growing team. You will guide customers through vehicle selection, test drives, financing, and paperwork, while delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.

Formación

• Sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communications skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers to identify their vehicle needs, and lead them through the sales process including vehicle selection, test drive, financing, and paperwork.
• Perform high-quality, professional presentation and demonstration of new and used vehicles.
• Use CRM to track all customer interactions.
• Present customer deal structure and additional finance products.
• Follow up with customers and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Complete all ongoing training modules to stay updated on products and features.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at company standards.
• Arrange for delivery and registration of vehicles.
• Engage in business development via phone and email.
