Audi of Lubbock, part of the Cavender Auto Family, is seeking a Full-Time Receptionist in Lubbock, TX. The role focuses on professional phone handling, guest greeting, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Valid driver's license and successful completion of MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a professional manner and transfer to the appropriate destination.
• Take messages when the requested person is unavailable.
• Greet walk-in customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Deliver excellent customer service by listening to inquiries and resolving concerns.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance at all times.
• Call customers when license plates arrive and keep a log for accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
