Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting eyewear within budget and care needs.
• Troubleshoot prescription issues and resolve complaints.
• Hit sales goals while complying with policies and procedures.
• Maintain safety and brand standards in-store and lab areas.
• Assist with basic repairs, lens edging, and timely delivery of orders.
• Monitor delivery times to ensure commitments are met.
