Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to create an easy, memorable experience for patients as they shop eyewear and navigate our fast-paced sales process. You will greet customers, identify needs, present suitable options, assist with prescriptions, and ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time while aiming to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven customer service experience in retail or similar environment.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs in a team setting.
• Effective communication with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and identify eyewear needs.
• Assist customers in choosing eyewear that fits budget and care requirements.
• Troubleshoot prescriptions and resolve customer concerns.
• Meet sales goals while adhering to policies and procedures.
• Perform basic housekeeping and ensure brand standards in-store and in lab areas.
• Assist with simple repairs and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Notify management of equipment issues or order discrepancies.
