Stanton Optical is seeking motivated Sales Consultants to create an easy and memorable experience for patients as they guide eyewear selections. You will help customers find eyewear that fits their budget and eye care needs, while meeting sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven track record delivering outstanding customer service while exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication skills with diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store and identify needs for eyewear and services.
• Assist customers in selecting eyewear within their budget and eye care needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve prescription-related issues.
• Address and resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Work toward sales goals while following company policies.
• Maintain safety and quality standards per OSHA and brand guidelines.
• Keep the store clean and uphold brand standards in the lab area.
• Assist with simple repairs, frame edging, and timely delivery of orders.
• Report equipment issues and assist with accurate order completion.
