Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking motivated Sales Consultants to deliver a memorable customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll guide patients through eyewear selections, meet sales goals, and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven track record delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and identify needs to provide a memorable experience.
• Assist customers in selecting eyewear within budget and eye care requirements.
• Troubleshoot prescription issues and resolve customer complaints.
• Meet sales goals while complying with policies and procedures.
• Maintain quality standards and basic housekeeping in-store and lab areas.
• Assist with basic eyewear repairs and lens edging for on-time delivery.
