Job summary

In addition to sales targets, you will leverage CRM to track interactions, follow up to ensure satisfaction, and participate in quarterly training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Sales or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Strong communications skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers to identify vehicle needs and lead them through the sales process.
• Present new and used vehicles with high-quality demonstrations.
• Use CRM to track customer interactions.
• Present deal structure and finance products.
• Follow up with customers to maintain satisfaction.
• Complete training modules on new vehicles and features.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores.
• Arrange delivery and registration of vehicles.
• Engage in business development via phone and email.
