Qualifications

Sales or Customer Service experience preferred.
Strong communications skills.
Strong record of positive customer service results with customer focused attitude.
Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Greet customers, identify vehicle needs, and lead through the sales process including vehicle selection, test drive, financing, and paperwork.
Perform high-quality, professional presentation and demonstration of new and used vehicles/cars.
Use CRM to track all customer interactions.
Present customer deal structure and finance products.
Follow up with customers to maintain high satisfaction.
Complete training modules to stay updated on products and features.
Maintain customer satisfaction scores per company standards.
Arrange delivery and registration of vehicles.
Engage in business development via phone and email.
