Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Submit to MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers to identify vehicle needs and guide them through the sales process.
• Present new and used vehicles with high-quality demonstrations.
• Use CRM to track customer interactions.
• Present deal structures and financing options.
• Follow up with customers to maintain satisfaction.
• Complete training on new products and features.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores per standards.
• Arrange delivery and registration of vehicles.
• Engage in business development via phone and email.
