C.A. Wilson Company is seeking a Sales Consultant to secure new business and manage relationships with customers, both new and existing. The role focuses on meeting or exceeding sales goals and maintaining a prospecting system, while continuously learning about products, services, and promotions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, handling quotes, and supporting customers throughout the sales process. A strong work ethic and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales experience with emphasis on helping customers.
• Willingness to work hard, perseverance and self-discipline; self-motivation required.
• Retail sales experience preferred; relevant sales experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals and drive new business.
• Manage client/customer accounts.
• Generate quotes and invoices.
• Plan, organize and promote sales/marketing programs.
• Meet customers at each stage to close sales and provide follow-up support.
• Follow up quickly on prospects and quotes.
