Responsibilities

1. Respond to high-volume internet leads via email, phone, and face-to-face communication.
2. Assist guests in vehicle selection and provide industry knowledge.
3. Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record.
• Customer/Client facing experience.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with familiarity in social media, email, and basic office programs.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Preferred Experience

• 0-1 year of relevant experience (e.g., Retail Sales, Customer Service, Call Center, Inside Sales, Restaurant/Hospitality).
• Automotive sales experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $36,000 - $150,000 annually, based on experience and skills.
