We are seeking talented sales professionals to join our team at DGDG, one of the top GMC dealers in Northern California. Our culture emphasizes guest satisfaction, training, and career growth. Responsibilities:

Respond to high-volume internet leads via email, phone, and face-to-face interactions. Assist guests in vehicle selection, provide industry knowledge, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Automotive sales experience is a plus but not required. Must have a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.

Training & Support:

In-house training team, 90-day sales training plan, and incentives during initial months to support your success.

Qualifications:

• Customer/client-facing experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Tech-savvy with social media, email, and office programs
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays

Preferred Experience:

• 0-1 year in retail sales, customer service, call centers, inside sales, or hospitality
• Automotive sales experience

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $36,000–$150,000 annually, with commissions based on sales metrics
