Base pay range

$36,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to high-volume internet leads via email, phone, and face-to-face communication.
  • Assist guests in vehicle selection, provide industry knowledge, and ensure high satisfaction.

Automotive sales experience is a plus but not required. If you are ambitious and goal-oriented, apply today!

Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
Training and growth opportunities:
  • In-house training team and career advancement paths.
  • 90-day sales training plan with one-on-one support.
  • Additional incentives during the first 3 months.
Candidate qualifications:
  • Customer/Client facing experience.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy: familiarity with social media, email, and basic office programs.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
Preferred experience:
  • 0-1 year relevant experience (Retail Sales, Customer Service, Call Center, Inside Sales, Hospitality).
  • Automotive sales experience.
Compensation:

Salary ranges from $36,000 to $150,000 annually, based on experience and skills. The role is eligible for commissions based on sales metrics.
