We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Sales Consultant. You will play a crucial role in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within the legal industry. You will report directly to the Sales Operations Manager and work closely with our team to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist with training and support to pursue and qualify inbound and outbound leads.
• Identify good‑fit clients and move them through opportunity to closed stage.
• Use professional and persistent follow‑up strategies to pursue leads.
• Conduct relaxed but informative two‑way phone conversations to effectively qualify prospects.
• Assess a prospective buyer’s needs and tailor conversations and follow‑ups.
• Provide messaging and feedback to the marketing and sales organization and work proactively to drive overall sales results.

Qualifications

Compensation

Base salary: $55,000 - $60,000 annual with commissions.

On Track Earnings (OTE): $125,000+.
