Job summary

Classic Toyota and Mercedes-Benz of Tyler is seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant to join our automotive team in Tyler, TX. You will guide customers through the buying journey, demonstrate inventory, and deliver vehicles while maintaining dealership standards and customer service excellence.

You’ll own the sales process, update daily inventory reports, and collaborate with leadership on monthly plans. Prior sales training and product knowledge will help you succeed in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Experience and prior sales training are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement dealership sales process.
• Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery).
• Present and demonstrate inventory.
• Review, update and manage daily inventory reports.
• Create and execute strategies for increasing market share.
• Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership.
• Maintain CSI, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards.
• Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification.
• Familiarity with CRM software.

Education and/or Experience
