Suburban Subaru in Troy is hiring Sales Representatives to join a fast-paced, lucrative team within the Lithia & Driveway family. You will assist customers through the vehicle shopping and purchasing process, conduct product presentations, and build lasting relationships while maintaining follow-up activities through the CRM.

The role requires 3+ years of dealership sales experience, strong communication skills, and a self-motivated attitude.

Who We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of previous dealership sales experience

• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
