Job summary

Subaru of Sterling is hiring an Express Service Advisor to join our Sterling, VA dealership in a full-time role. You will act as the main liaison between customers and technicians, explaining service needs and preparing repair estimates with parts and labor.

Compensation ranges from $45,000 to $72,000 annually, based on performance, with commission and bonus potential as part of total rewards. Previous dealership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between customers and technicians.

Total Rewards

The estimated annual earnings for this position ranges from $45,000-$60,000 this is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual sales and gross profit, and bonuses based on individual manufacturer approvability, customer pay labor per RO, and flat rate hours. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
