Wheelers Chevrolet of Coloma is seeking a sales consultant to help customers find the right vehicle. Our team emphasizes helping people, not pressuring them, with a no-commission model.

We offer growth into finance and management within a six-store group and a community-centered workplace in Central Wisconsin. Responsibilities include greeting customers, guiding them through Chevrolet models, test drives, trade-ins, and online support.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfort with computers, phones, and email.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in, phone, and online customers to determine needs.
• Explain features of new Chevrolet and used vehicles in plain terms.
• Take customers on test drives and answer questions honestly.
• Assist customers with trade-in valuations, including customers selling to us.
• Support online shoppers, including 100% online purchases.
• Follow up with customers using CRM without pressuring them.
• Coordinate with finance, service, and detail teams for smooth deliveries.
• Stay current on Chevrolet trucks, SUVs, EVs, and GM technology.
• Keep showroom and lot clean and presentable.

What will you do?

• Greet walk-in, phone, and online customers and find out what they actually need

• Walk customers through new Chevrolet and used vehicles, explaining features in plain terms

• Take customers on test drives and answer questions honestly

• Help customers value their trade-in, including people who just want to sell us their car

• Support online shoppers, including those buying 100% online

• Follow up with customers using our CRM, without hounding them

• Coordinate with finance, service, and detail teams so every delivery goes smoothly

• Keep current on Chevrolet trucks, SUVs, EVs, and GM technology

• Help keep the lot and showroom clean and ready

Who are we looking for?

You don't need car sales experience. We'll train you on the vehicles and the process. We care more about how you treat people.

Must have:

• A friendly, honest way with people

• Good listening and communication skills

• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record

• Comfort with computers, phones, and email

• Ability to work Saturdays

Nice to have:

• Customer service, retail, or hospitality experience

• Interest in trucks, cars, or anything with an engine

• Ties to Coloma, Wautoma, Plainfield, Westfield, or nearby communities
