Wheelers of Marshfield is seeking an Automotive Sales Associate to join our team. The right candidate will be ambitious, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have a proven track record of meeting goals by building lasting client relationships and providing solutions that meet customer needs.

You will develop product knowledge, perform demonstrations, and follow up with buyers to drive referrals. We offer a feature-rich dealership environment with training, health benefits, and opportunities

Responsibilities

• Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.
• Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully.
• Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority.
• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives and activities.
