Job summary

Lithia & Driveway Riverside, OH is hiring Sales Consultants to join our Subaru team. You will present vehicle models, financing options and service programs, while building relationships with customers from initial contact through delivery.

We offer a commission-based pay plan with an estimated annual income range of $48,200 to $158,700 and a comprehensive benefits package. Qualified applicants have 1+ year automotive sales experience, strong communication, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in automotive sales.

Responsibilities

Business Hours: Monday - Saturday: 9am - 8pm; Sunday: 10am - 7pm

What You’ll Do

• Present vehicle models, trim options and other vehicle attributes.
• Present purchase and finance options along with service programs available.
• Complete follow up’s and maintain relationships with previous and prospective customers.
• Track customers using store specific management system/s.
• Keep up to date with Subaru products, features and accessories. Attend product and training courses.
• You’ll report to the Sales Desk Manager and receive coaching to accomplish sales goals.

What You’ll Bring

• 1+ years of experience in automotive sales.
• Strong written & vocal communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Self motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence

Total Rewards

The annual estimated earning range for this position is $48,200 - $158,700 .

This position is also eligible for commissions on (“Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit”) and/or bonus opportunities (“Individual Units Sold and/or Manufacturer Approvability”).

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
