Elk Grove Subaru is hiring an Experienced Internet Sales Representative to join our high-volume dealership. You will respond quickly to internet, phone, text, and email inquiries, convert leads into showroom appointments, and build trust through proactive follow-up.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year automotive Internet Sales or Digital Sales experience, strong relationship skills, and a drive to achieve sales success. We offer competitive pay, medical plans, 401(k), PTO, and discount programs.

What You'll Bring

• 1+ year automotive Internet Sales, BDC, or Digital Sales experience REQUIRED
• Experience with appointment setting and sales performance
• Experience with building relationships, responding to customer needs, and delivering quality service.
• Demonstrate flexibility and efficiency in a high-volume sales environment
• Eager, proactive, and focused on achieving sales success.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $46,500 - $154,000.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commission off Individual Payable Gross, and Bonuses based on Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
