STATE LINE NISSAN INC in Kansas City, MO is seeking full-time Internet Salespersons to service online vehicle purchase needs and grow our online presence. You will assist customers in selecting vehicles and respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to manage online inventory and promotions. Paid training is provided, with a 90-day guarantee and a 40-hour work week including Sundays and one weekday off.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with Internet customers and prospects via phone, email, or in person.
• Sell/lease and deliver a minimum of 8 units per month.
• Maintain New & Used car inventory on all websites.
• Direct customers to product information resources on the Internet.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle.
• Respond to inquiries within an hour of initial inquiry.
• Coordinate Internet promotions with dealership promotions and advertising.
• Work with webmaster to update the website frequently to attract visitors.
• Take photos of dealership inventory for online use.
• Attend product and sales training as requested by sales manager.
• Schedule first service appointment.
• Attend sales meetings.

Job description:State Line Nissan is looking to hire full time Internet Salespersons to help with our growing business. We have a great opportunity available for motivated salespersons to service our current clientele online with their vehicle purchase needs as well as grow our online presence and sales. Previous sales experience preferred.*90-day $9000 Guarantee for training*40 hour work week. Sundays and one weekday off every week.* Communicate effectively with Internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication, whether by phone, by e-mail, or in person.* Satisfy the transportation needs of Internet-generated customers.* Sell/lease and deliver a minimum of 8 units per month.* Maintain New & Used car inventory on all websites.* Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the Internet.* Assist customers in selecting a vehicle.* Check e-mail frequently and respond to inquiries immediately.* Handle all Internet sales inquiries personally within an hour response time from initial inquiry.* Coordinate Internet promotions with other dealership sales promotions and advertising.* Research auto-buying services on the Internet and acts as liaison with any services the dealership uses to promote its site or advertise.* Work with webmaster to update the Web site frequently to attract new and repeat visitors.* Take photos of dealership inventory for use on the dealership site.* Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business.* Know and understand the federal, state, and local laws which govern retail automobile sales.* Establish personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals.* Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers.* Attend product and sales training as requested by sales manager.* Schedule first service appointment.* Attend sales meetings.
