Job summary

Bodenvy Colleyville is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant / High-Ticket Closer to independently run consultations from discovery to close for our med spa services.

This full-time, in-person role is based in Colleyville, TX; you’ll discuss pricing and financing, overcome objections, and aim for sales while contributing to a fast-paced, energetic team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven sales experience.
• Ability to independently close and negotiate.
• Experience conducting 3–5 consultations per day.
• Strong discovery, active listening, rapport-building, and communication skills.

Sales Consultant / Med Spa High-Ticket Closer – Bodenvy Colleyville

Pay: $50,000–$100,000+ per year, including commissions and bonuses

Overview

Bodenvy CoolSculpting & Weight Loss is the #1 CoolSculpting provider in the nation. We complete more CoolSculpting treatments than any other provider across the country, and as our business continues to grow and our success continues to build in 2026, we’re looking for another great person to join our Colleyville team. We are looking for an experienced, confident high-ticket closer who can independently run a consultation from discovery through the close, build value, overcome objections, confidently discuss pricing and financing, negotiate when appropriate, and ultimately ask for the sale. But being a great closer is only part of what we’re looking for. We want someone with a fun, energetic personality who enjoys connecting with people and wants to be part of a competitive, positive, high-performing team. What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of proven sales experience

High-ticket And High-volume Sales Experience Strongly Preferred

• Proven ability to independently close and negotiate
• Comfortable conducting 3–5 sales consultations per day
• Strong discovery, active listening, rapport-building, and communication skills
• Confident handling price, financing, spouse, and other common sales objections
• Experience working with financing and lenders
• Competitive, self-motivated, assertive, and results-oriented
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Ability to deliver an exceptional client experience while maintaining a strong closing mentality
• Fun, energetic personality and the ability to contribute positively to our team culture
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Schedule & Location

Normal business hours are 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.

Saturday availability is required.

Work Location: Colleyville, TX

This is a client-facing sales position, and there will be days when you are expected to stay later than normal business hours to accommodate scheduled consultations and client needs.

Flexibility in scheduling is essential, particularly during high-volume periods and as our Colleyville location continues to grow.
