Job summary

Closers IO, Inc. is hiring a Sales Consultant for the healthcare training division to manage inbound/outbound conversations with private practice owners and close deals around a 12.5k average price point.

The role is based in Atlanta, GA with one day per week hybrid flexibility and on-site work at the Atlanta office. The ideal candidate will have 1–2+ years in high-ticket phone or Zoom sales, a pro presence on Zoom and in person, and a drive to grow with a coachable mindset.

Our client is a nationally recognized leader helping private practice and cash-pay clinics increase new patient acquisition by improving front desk performance. With nearly 30 years of results, the company consistently delivers a 20%+ increase in patient volume guaranteed for their clients. They are currently hiring a Sales Consultant to join their Atlanta-based team in a hybrid setter/closer role.

The Role:

• Manage inbound and outbound conversations with private practice owners
• Close front-end deals (12.5k average price point) and generate additional opportunities
• Collaborate with the reception team to manage live transfers from inbound calls
• Maintain a strong follow up and pipeline nurture process
• Work on-site at the Atlanta office to drive team success and receive ongoing coaching with 1 day / week flexibility to work remote
• Represent a proven product with strong testimonials and long-standing client success

The Ideal Candidate:

• Based in or willing to work in Atlanta, GA
• 1-2+ years of experience in high-ticket phone or zoom sales
• No call reluctance (loves making outbound dials!)
• Professional presence on Zoom and in person
• Hungry, coachable, and committed to growth
• Comfortable with both lead generation and deal closing
• Passionate about helping business owners improve performance

Compensation:

• $95K–$105K/year (Base + Commission)
• W2 role with full benefit package
• Full-Time, In-Person Position (1 day / week hybrid flexibility)
