Walker Automotive is seeking Sales Consultants in Alexandria, LA. You will build relationships, help customers select vehicles, and become the product expert across BMW, Mazda, GMC, Jeep Ram, Honda, Kia and Toyota offerings.

You’ll receive ongoing training, enjoy a friendly culture with cook-outs and fishing tournaments, and have opportunities for advancement within Walker Automotive.

Qualificações

• No dealership experience required; helpful but not essential.
• Must have a clean and valid driver's license and be willing to submit to a drug screen.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

• Demonstrate new/used vehicles with high quality and professionalism.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Be the vehicle expert. Know the in's & the out's of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
• Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Bring your 'A game' & a positive attitude with you every day.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous dealership experience is not required, but a plus!
• Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
• Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
• Have quality customer service skills
• Possess strong communication skills
• Must have a clean & valid driver's license
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
