Teleflex is seeking an Associate Sales Compensation and Reporting Analyst in Morrisville, NC to ensure accurate monthly commissions for field sales teams and to deliver insightful transactional reporting. The role supports the Sales Compensation and Reporting group and the Salesforce.com team, with emphasis on data accuracy and timely communication.

Responsibilities include maintaining territory data in SAP, calculating plan payments, distributing compensation documents, and preparing payroll

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 0-2 years related experience, or equivalent education/experience.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Maintains territory alignment rules for sales territories in SAP.
• Validates territory transactional data for accuracy and eligibility for sales compensation.
• Create and distribute compensation plan documents to all field sales personnel.
• Executes compensation plan calculations and payments per the annual plan.
• Delivers monthly transactional reporting via Excel pivot tables to field teams.
• Respond to inquiries from field sales and management as needed.
• Provides analytical support to Sales Compensation and Reporting and Salesforce teams.
