Job summary

Bridge Senior Living is seeking a Sales and Marketing Director to lead revenue growth for the community. You will be responsible for direct selling, business development, and achieving occupancy and rate targets, while maintaining the YARDI database and supporting annual marketing plans.

The role requires a proven track record in senior living sales and strong competitive analysis, with oversight of lead generation and referral activities.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Senior Living sales or related field.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence and liability insurance.
• Proven track record of occupancy growth and business development.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for direct selling, business development and achieving quotas/ratios.
• Maintains an accurate, and up-to-date YARDI database.
• Assists in developing annual marketing plan, advertising strategy, and department budget.
• Strong knowledge of all competitors, services provided, rates and competitive analysis.
• Plans resident referral activities and lead generation events while maintaining a lead database.
