Job summary

Smith Douglas Homes is seeking a Sales and Closing Coordinator to support the Gulf Coast division in Baldwin County, AL. This on-site role coordinates listings, contracts, closings, and communications between agents and the Closing Attorney.

You will maintain house files, manage deposits, and organize sales meetings while ensuring accurate data in MLS/SMART systems and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in real estate listing management and closing coordination preferred.
• Strong computer and CRM skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Sales Agents and Sales Management.
• Manage listings, contracts, deposits, and disclosures in SMART and MLS systems.
• Coordinate closings with onsite agents, closing attorneys, and clients.
• Create and maintain house files and homeowner packets.
• Schedule and organize sales meetings, and manage office supply orders.
