Home Genius Exteriors in Pittsburgh, PA is hiring ambitious closers for a full-time W-2 sales role where 90% of the work is pre-qualified before you meet the customer. This is a high‑opportunity position designed to grow into leadership within a thriving, rapidly expanding branch.

You’ll meet 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily, deliver engaging in‑home sales presentations, and participate in elite training with clear internal promotion paths.

In this role, we're looking for closers.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with 2–3 pre‑qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in‑home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team‑first environment

What You’ll Get

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
