Home Genius Exteriors in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking motivated sales professionals for a full-time W-2 in-home sales role. Expect 2–3 pre-qualified customer appointments daily and a strong path to leadership.

You'll receive elite training, mentorship, weekly pay, and performance bonuses with no cap on commissions, plus health benefits and a supportive, team-first environment to grow your sales career. Local appointments are scheduled based on where you live, helping you balance work and life.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience with verifiable results.
• Proven ability to close deals and drive revenue.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to conduct in-home sales presentations.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

What You’ll Get:

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
