Home Genius Exteriors in Pittsburgh is seeking driven professionals for a full-time in-home sales role where 90% of the work is prepared for you before first meeting. You’ll join the Pittsburgh, PA branch aiming to grow into leadership roles as the company scales rapidly.

Expect to close deals with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily, deliver engaging presentations, and benefit from elite training and internal promotion opportunities. A team-first environment and strong earnings potential await.

In this role, we're looking for closers.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

What You’ll Get:

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
