Home Genius Exteriors is seeking driven sales professionals to join our Pittsburgh, PA branch. In this full-time W-2 role, most of the work is prepared for you, enabling rapid growth into leadership positions.

You will meet 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily, deliver engaging home presentations, and benefit from elite training and internal promotion opportunities within a supportive team. Competitive earnings reflect a $100k–$300k+ annual plan with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven sales experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with 2–3 pre‑qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in‑home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)

What You’ll Get

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
