Home Genius Exteriors in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking driven sales professionals for a full-time W-2 role where 90% of the work is done for you before you meet the customer. You will meet with pre-qualified clients and deliver engaging in-home presentations.

You’ll grow quickly through elite training and mentorship, with a team-first environment and internal promotions.

Earn $100,000–$300,000+ per year, weekly pay, bonuses, health/dental/vision, paid training, and flexible scheduling.

In this role, we're looking for closers.

What You'll Do:

• Meet with 2-3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

What You'll Get:

• $100,000-$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
