Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking ambitious sales closers for a full-time W-2 role. You will meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily and deliver engaging in-home presentations in a supportive, growth-focused team.

You will grow quickly through elite training and mentorship, with uncapped commissions, weekly pay, and bonuses. Health, dental & vision insurance kick in after 30 days, plus paid training and a flexible schedule to accelerate your career.

Qualifications

• Must have proven sales track record.
• Experience in home sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to engage with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily

What You’ll Get

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
