Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is hiring for a full-time in-home sales role in the Pittsburgh, PA area. You’ll meet 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily and present compelling home improvement solutions.

Earn $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance upfront and no cap on commissions; weekly pay and monthly bonuses. Benefits include health/dental/vision after 30 days, paid training and flexible scheduling, with local appointments based on where you live.
