Home Genius Exteriors in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a full-time in-home sales closer. You will meet 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily and deliver engaging home sales presentations, while growing through elite training and a promotion-from-within culture.

You will operate in a supportive team environment with uncapped commissions, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits after 30 days.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)

What You’ll Get

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
