Home Genius Exteriors is seeking driven sales professionals in the Pittsburgh, PA area. The role is full-time and W-2, with 90% of the work done for you before you meet the customer. Expect to meet 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily and deliver engaging in-home sales presentations.

You’ll grow quickly through elite training and mentorship, with a strong track record of internal promotions and a supportive, team-first environment. Earning potential is high with uncapped commissions and weekly pay.

In this role, we're looking for closers.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

What You’ll Get:

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
