Home Genius Exteriors in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking driven sales professionals for a full-time W-2 role where 90% of the work is handled before first contact. You’ll close deals, meet 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily, and deliver compelling in-home presentations in a fast-growing branch that aims to reach $40M.

In this role, we're looking for closers.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

What You’ll Get:

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
• Monthly bonuses + performance rewards (trips, electronics, events)
